A vulcaniser is used to melt rubber moulds to replicate the shape ready for the wax injector.

This heavy duty dual-control vulcanizer is fitted with solid steel guide posts to ensure parallel alignment of the platens. Accurate dual dial mercury thermostats give you independant control of eat platen, eliminating uneven platen temperature.
