Similar to our 1&2kg Furnaces (TF58 & TF58A), but larger in capacity and it incorporates a digital pyrometer. Comes complete with crucible. lift-out plier and graphite mixer. Lightweight body mounted on a Stainless Steel plate. LED signal to indicate that the required temperature has been reached.
Automatic setting to keep temperature constant.
Crucible capacity 4kg. Maximum temperature 1100°c.

On initial set up please note -
Electric melting furnaces need to have the element temperature built up gradually, before going up to full. As a guide We usually ask our customers to build it up slowly around 400, 600, and 800 degrees
