Joint Tool used to aid in the cutting of tube and filing the end straight. Made from metal (head) and wood (handle).
To operate: Unscrew the handle - the point will begin to retract from inside the 'V' shape in the head of the tool. Pass the tube through the 'V' to the point at which it needs cutting. Tighten the handle until the point is 'finger tight' on the tube. The flat side of the tool is used as a guide for the piercing blade. Once cut the end of the tube can be filed. Unscrew the handle to release the tube.
