ElmaClean EC 55 (1 litre) Effective Against Corona Viruses! 

Elma recommend 2% dilution (20ml per litre of water), so 1 litre concentrate makes up an amazing 50 litres of ultrasonic solution.

Concentrated cleaning solution for disinfecting cleaning of medical and dental, including quickly rotating and endoscopic instruments. EC 55 is an alkaline, aldehyde- and phenol free concentrate, applicable in an immersion bath with and without ultrasound. For general and surgical medical instruments and especially for rotating dental instruments (drills, cutters, polishers, root canal instruments). Suitable for stainless steel, steel and hard metal – also diamond-studded, plastics, ceramics. Removes blood, proteins, saliva as well as residuals of tissue and bone. Not suitable for aluminum and light metal alloys. 

EC 55 is suitable for metals: stainless steel, gold, silver, platinum, and for hard gemstones like diamonds, sapphire, ruby.  It cleans but not brighten the metals.
