BALKAN 'INVINCIBLE' VARIABLE SPEED POLISHING MOTOR BM39N.
BM 39N is a permanent magnet motor with variable speed control from 500 to 4500 rpm with power of 700 Watts. The motor technology is different than the traditional type of polishing motor. At the lower body there is a electronic motor driver which drives the motor. This is a new generation and one of its kind motor on the market.
Advantages of permanent magnet motor:
- Speed control is done by electronic motor driver so the efficiency is much higher at 90% efficiency.
- There is no power and torque loss even on lower speed ( you can not hold the shaft with your hand even at the lowest speed)
- Motor and the body heats less compared to the traditional motor.
- Body is aluminium so its lighter and has a better compact design.
- It’s a unique type of polishing motor.

I use this Buffing machine on my polishing master class and it hardly gets hot unlike any other machine l have come across, the variable settings make it ideal for platinum polishing #goldpolishingguru
